PACKOUT, INVENTORY, RELOCATION SERVICES:
Using any inventory process you choose, we will provide a thorough, detailed (to the depth of your needs) inventory of all personal property. This includes a non-salvageable inventory of any property that cannot be cleaned properly. This also includes providing an inventory of food items, etc. that must be disposed of (due to contamination from fire/water elements.)
We will provide professional packing services that will protect all personal property as it is being either removed from the premises (to be cleaned/processed) or packed for on-site while the rebuilding/remodeling process occurs. We can either provide all packing supplies (for your convenience) or we will gladly use the packing supplies you provide.
We also provide relocation services. We can provide the truck/staff to remove the personal property from the home/ building and relocate it to a facility of your choice for either cleaning/processing or to a storage facility.

CONTENT CLEANING, PROCESSING, and STORAGE:
We provide a cleaning process specifically matched to whatever the restoration process requires for each individual job. Whether it’s mold (after remediation), mildew, soot, or construction debris, we know how to specifically clean and process all personal property. This includes cleaning, inventory, and re-boxing the contents.
We can now provide the facility and storage space. Or we can process the contents at a location of your choice.
STRUCTURE CLEANING:
We provide all restoration structure cleaning from heavy soot removal to the post-construction clean at the end of the project. This includes ceilings, walls, woodwork, lighting, cabinetry, fixtures, floor scrubbing/polishing, etc. We know how to specifically address each aspect of any/all restoration projects.
We also provide in house structure/content cleaning when the job does not require a pack-out. This includes packing for paint and relocating contents to a different area of the home during the painting process.
FINAL CLEAN and GENERAL CLEANING:
We provide a thorough and detailed final cleaning of the home at the end of each restoration project. We also offer general cleanings, whether a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonal cleaning.
EMERGENCY/RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL Large staff need:
We are prepared to send in the staff when an emergency commercial or residential job arises. We have an all-employee staff of 30 plus cleaning technicians that can come to your aid when needed. We understand the importance of removing contents in a timely manner to prevent further damage and the importance of getting a property/business back in operating condition in order to reopen for “business as usual”. When the jobs call for a large staff; we have your back!
